When should a wedding planner be involved?
We recommend that wedding planners are involved around 6 – 14 months before the wedding (depending on the package). That being said, we are able to work on short turnaround times if necessary – don’t hesitate to give us a shout!
How do you determine your prices?
We believe that everyone deserves their perfect wedding, so our prices are set with affordability in mind. We offer highly competitive rates and are an extremely passionate group of planners who do it for the love of the craft. Schedule a free consultation call with us anytime so that we can understand your needs and provide you with an in-depth quote. Once you receive a quote – that’s the price. No hidden fees.
Clients may be charged additional fees for major adjustments to scope of wedding or requirements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once the contract is signed, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding planning services. The remaining 50% is due sixty [60] days before the wedding date. Your contract will include the full terms, conditions, and payment schedule which will be clearly outlined to you.
What's included with a wedding planner?
With our wedding planning services, not only do you get a trusted guide through the planning process, but you also receive on-site support for the special day. Our packages include 10 hours of on-site support with our Lead Planner and Assistant(s) – who will see to it that everything goes smoothly. Additional hours or other schedules should be discussed during the consultation meeting.
