Tied the Knot is perfect for couples have started planning but want more support. This package gives you the freedom to focus on the parts of wedding planning that you love, while leaving the rest to us! We’ll be by your side for the entire process, helping you with whatever you might need in every moment.
You’ve made some great progress – maybe booked a venue or a few vendors – but now you’re realizing there’s more to juggle than expected. This package is ideal if you want help filling in the gaps, refining your ideas, and keeping everything on track without losing your personal touch.
StudioLite Credits Included ⓘ
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- An initial meeting to explore where you are in your wedding planning journey. We’ll review where you are at with your planning, questions you have, the help you are seeking, discuss solutions to challenges you are facing, and create a rough timeline to guide the next steps.
- A personalized digital planning guide complete with venue options, vendor information, preparation checklist, interactive budget sheet, and more.
- Wedding website support and management. We will manage RSVPs and guest communication.
- 10 hours of planning support tailored to your needs. Examples: venue selection, vendor outreach and management, additional meetings, etc.
- A check-in call to check on progress, review contracts, and determine next steps.
- A meeting 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding to finalize the logistics and determine a wedding day timeline.
- Official takeover 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. We will handle the vendor communication, finalize logistics, and every other detail involved!
- The final wedding day timeline will be provided 2 weeks prior to the wedding to establish clear expectations and alleviate stress.
- Attendance at the wedding day rehearsal.
- Pick up all wedding day signage, labels, and other items from you the week of the wedding or at the wedding rehearsal.
- Day-of coordination and management (10 hours). We will set up, greet and direct people, keep the timeline moving, and more to make sure you can celebrate your day without any stress.
- Day-of coordination and management additional hours can be added upon inquiry.
- Planner availability. Additional hours can be added to this package.

Additional Information
You can add additional planning hours to this package at a rate of $100/hour.
Day-of coordination includes at least (1) dedicated wedding planner and (1) assistant for 10 hours. Additional day-of hours can be added to this package. There may be an additional surcharge for extended hours (>12 hours).
